Similar to a "State of the Union Address" this State of Education for Clark County is an effort to provide a forum for our local education experts to address the citizens of the county. Speakers include: Paul Christy the Superintendent, Dr Michael Kuduk the Board Chairman, Dr. Augusta Julian the President of BCTC, Bruce Manley the Campus Director of the Winchester BCTC, Cora Heffner the Director of Community Education.
