Octavia Cruse cuts the ribbon celebrating ISR (Infant Swim Rescue) with Octavia, LLC membership into the Winchester Clark County Chamber of Commerce.  ISR with Octavia, located 15 Wheeler Street offers infant and children under 6 self survival swim.  Children 6 months and younger will self rotate to float independently.  Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 11:00AM and 3:00PM - 6:00PM.  For more information call (859) 317-0568
