Ernie Wesley cuts the ribbon celebrating Bluegrass Bounce House membership into the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce. Bluegrass Bounce House, located at 4707 Rockwell, offers Bounce Houses, water slides, tables, chairs, tents and dunk tanks.
