Malisha Payne and Shelby Mitchell cut the ribbon celebrating The High Side Boutique’s membership into the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce. The High Side Boutique, located at 11 South Main Street, offers Women’s Clothing sizes small – 3X and Accessories.
