Victoria Benge cuts the ribbon celebrating CASA of Madison and Clark Counties membership into the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) located 120 South Main Street Floor 2, offers volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children in the family court system.
