What a fantastic turnout for our Economic Outlook 2026! A packed house filled BCTC's Winchester campus to hear from local leaders about the exciting growth and opportunities ahead for Winchester-Clark County—including our Leadership Winchester Class of 2025-2026, who joined the community for this important conversation.

Chamber President Tim Duncan moderated an engaging panel featuring Brad Sowden, Economic Development Director; County Judge Les Yates; Mayor JoEllen Reed; and City Manager Bruce Manley. The lively discussion covered critical topics including workforce development, economic growth, city-county cooperation, and the future of our community.

Leadership Winchester participant Timothy Johnson, President/CEO of Greater Clark Foundation, asked the panel a thoughtful question that sparked important conversation—a perfect example of how our Leadership program develops engaged community leaders who aren't afraid to speak up and get involved!

The forum highlighted one clear message: Winchester-Clark County is experiencing exciting growth, and when our community works together, great things happen. Thank you to everyone who attended and to our panelists for their candid insights into what's ahead for 2026!
