On March 17th, 2015 the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce hosted the State of the Community Address at The Cairn coffee house on main street. Speakers included Todd Denham; Executive Director of the Winchester Clark County Industrial Authority, Henry Branham; Clark County Judge Executive and Ed Burtner City of Winchester Mayor.
