Dr. Ralph Alvarado cuts the ribbon (tied to steel) with a shear celebrating Stuff Recycling’s membership into the Winchester Clark County Chamber of Commerce. Stuff’s recycles all ferrous and nonferrous metals. Also pictured are owners Jerry and Andrea Joiner.
