Phyllis Abbott, founder of Lady Veterans Connect, shared the inspiring mission of providing Hope-Homes-Healing for women veterans during our fabulous Chamber breakfast at 11400 Irvine Road Winchester, KY.
Lady Veterans Connect provides vital support for women veterans in Kentucky, offering transitional services and resources to empower and uplift their lives. Founded in 2012 under the name Sheppards Hands by Phyllis Abbott, this Winchester organization focuses on preventing homelessness among female veterans through comprehensive services including healthcare access, life skills training, job training, and financial literacy classes.
Our Chamber is proud to support this vital Winchester Kentucky nonprofit that makes such a meaningful difference in our veteran community!
